Effective July 24, 2026
Welcome to FLY.CLOUD, a travel social platform for discovering airports and destinations, connecting with fellow travelers and local drivers & guides, and enjoying offline entertainment on the go. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using FLY.CLOUD (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use FLY.CLOUD. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may have both a traveler identity and a driver/guide identity; you are responsible for the accuracy of both.
You agree not to:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, reviews, trips, messages, reels, and more). By posting, you grant FLY.CLOUD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
You can report content or users and block or mute other travelers. We operate moderation tooling and may act on reports, but we do not pre-screen all content and are not responsible for user-generated content. Help us keep FLY.CLOUD safe by reporting anything that breaks these Terms.
The Service integrates third-party content and providers, including Google sign-in and maps, AI assistants, licensed Creative-Commons music, publicly available flight and news data, and destination imagery. This content is provided by its owners under their own terms and licenses. Travel information (flights, weather, events, guides) is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date — always verify important details independently.
FLY.CLOUD, its logo, and the Service’s software and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any travel information is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLY.CLOUD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
